Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5 has secured its second consecutive week at Number 1 on the Official Film Chart.
The latest installment in the animated franchise follows Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie as they navigate a new challenge when Bonnie receives a smart tablet named Lilypad. As digital devices begin to dominate playtime, the traditional toys are forced to adapt to their owner's changing habits.
The top four positions remain unchanged from last week. Supernatural horror Obsession holds steady at Number 2, while animated feature Minions & Monsters maintains its position at Number 3. Former chart-topper Michael rounds out the upper tier at Number 4.
Leading four new entries in the Top 10 is Jackass: Best and Last, which enters the chart at Number 5. Featuring Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, and Chris Pontius, the release combines new stunt footage with previously unreleased material spanning the franchise’s 25-year history.
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie moves up one place to Number 6, ahead of animated DC adaptation Batman: Knightfall Part 1 – Knightfall, which debuts at Number 7. The release follows Batman attempting to contain an outbreak from Arkham Asylum while facing the villain Bane.
Star Wars: The Mandalorian & Grogu falls three places to Number 8, while horror release Evil Dead Burn enters the chart at Number 9. The new chapter in the franchise follows a grieving woman visiting her late husband’s family, only to confront supernatural forces.
Finally, comedy mystery The Sheep Detectives, starring Hugh Jackman as a shepherd whose flock investigates a local crime, debuts at Number 10.
